By creating an account or using MemLabs ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you and MemLabs.
MemLabs is an online learning platform focused on quantitative finance and algorithmic trading. We provide courses, interactive coding exercises, trading competitions, and related educational content. Content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@memlabs.dev if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their permission, or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or competition rules.
Some features require a paid subscription (Plus or Premium). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorise us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
Prices may change with reasonable notice. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
All content on MemLabs — including course material, exercises, articles, and code examples — is owned by MemLabs or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may use it for your own personal learning only.
Code you write in exercises and competitions remains yours. By submitting it to a competition, you grant MemLabs a non-exclusive licence to display your results and equity curves on the platform's leaderboards.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that educational content will produce any particular financial result.
Nothing on MemLabs constitutes financial advice. Strategies and techniques taught are for educational purposes only. Trading financial instruments involves risk, including the risk of total loss. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MemLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any trading losses you may incur as a result of applying strategies learned here.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to MemLabs in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Links do not constitute endorsement.
You may close your account at any time via account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your access to paid content will end and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the platform or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
